Pizza Hut - Fort Wayne, Indiana
Recruited by the Controller / IT Director of Pizza Hut of Fort Wayne, Inc. (Owner of 45 Pizza Hut franchises from Ohio to Iowa) to turn around a franchise wide, centrally integrated, remote PC based, client server database project. This was accomplished utilizing Micosoft toolset.
Led a project from being one year behind schedule to the successful design, development, testing, integration and deployment of a Back Office system.
Project scope included remote tracking and daily reporting to central office of each franchise’s business information in the areas of: inventory, payroll, sales, account receivables, and account payables.
Provided integration of remote business data at franchise headquarters through database development and end user training of the financial team. Utilized Visual Basic 6.0, Access, VBScript, Excel, PCAnywhere, Install Shield, ActiveX and ADO. |
